N. S. S. College, Manjeri Faculty, Research Scholars and Students are encouraged to uphold ethical research and writing. Plagiarism is the act of copying any portion of another person’s contribution and representing it as your own, regardless of whether or not the work is copyrighted or in the public domain. It is unethical to do so and if a copyrighted work is involved it can also be an infringement of property rights.
The plagiarism policy of N. S. S. College, Manjeri states that “Faculty, Research Scholars and Students at N. S. S. College, Manjeri are expected to be honest in every aspect of their academic work. All works presented as their own must be the product of her or his own efforts. Plagiarism, cheating, academic misconduct or submission of another person’s work as one’s own is unacceptable. All Faculty, Research Scholars and Students working in groups are individually responsible for the academic integrity of the entire group project.”
